To ensure our customers receive their custom apparel as quickly as possible, our fulfillment system is highly automated. This policy outlines the specific windows and conditions for making order adjustments.

⏱️ 1. The 12-Hour Modification Window

We provide a limited timeframe to make changes before an order enters our production and fulfillment cycle.

• Window for Change: You may request a cancellation or modification within 12 hours of purchase.
• Processing Status: Requests are only guaranteed if the order has not yet entered the production, packaging, or shipping stages.
• Finality: Once an order has moved into fulfillment or has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be halted, modified, or canceled.

• The Full Name used on the order
• A clear description of the change (e.g., address update, size/color change, or cancellation)

🚫 3. Orders Already in Transit

If your order has already been processed or dispatched:

• No Modifications: We cannot change shipping addresses, recipient names, or product details (size, color, etc.).
• No Cancellations: Orders already in transit cannot be stopped or rerouted.
• Next Steps: Please accept the delivery. If you still wish to return the item, please refer to our Returns Policy for instructions on initiating an authorized return.

• 📍 Shipping Address Updates: Corrections are accepted only within the 12-hour window. Kamala Shirt is not responsible for deliveries lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
• 🎨 Product Variant Changes: Requests for size, color, or design modifications are accepted within 12 hours. If production has already started, adjustments are no longer possible.
